Harold Welch Obituary
Mor Fun loved life and he lived it with honesty, integrity, and generosity. He was an honorable man to say the least. He was a wonderful father, unwavering in his core beliefs, with an undying loyalty and commitment to his family, brothers, and the ones he loved. If you were afforded the luxury of Harold Welch to call you brother, then your life was enriched.
We will miss our brother Mor Fun, with a sincere smile, a laugh that could fill a stadium, and at your lowest times that reassuring hug and his words "Don't worry bro, we'll handle it." So God bless you Fun.
Harold Welch lives on in the memory of his mother, Wanda Welch; his father, Joel Welch; his brother, Larry Welch; sisters, Jodee Welch and Nita Smith; several nieces and nephews; and countless brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Jason Welch, 33; and his daughter, Aynjilee Welch, 22.

Merry Christmas Dad........ Another year is drawing to a close and what a year its been. I went over to Afghanistan to do crane training and spent a week in Dubai.. You would have loved it. We relocated the company to Las Vegas and opened up a training facility there. A lot of things are changing, but one thing that will never change is how much I miss you.. Keep lookin in on me, I definitly need your guidence.....

I just recently found out about this guest book so here it goes...
I only knew you a short while but "impressionable" is my word for your impact on me. So many things I do now are a direct result from you. I'll never forget May 5 '07. Thank you!!

This is a really sweet memorial page and guestbook and I hope it gives you comfort. Sorry I didn't sign on a long time ago to say Hi. I saw your dad just a day or two before the accident and he was larger than life as usual. Its hard for me to believe that he is gone. jason.. good for you. i have enjoyed getting to know harold, your father, who is a nephew by married to me.
i have not seen harold in many years. but reading from this book has made me see that he was a very special person. as a teenager he was a good kid( that was when i met him). he is missed but he is in our hearts forever.

Well....It's been a year since the last time I heard your smiling sarcastic voice on the other end of the phone. I miss you teasing me and laughing at me. The booming sound of your laughter will never be forgotten. Neither will your words of encouragement and praise. I made it half way through my MBA and start again on the 27th to finish it. Another 8 months and I'll be done. You won't be there to suprise me like you did at my college graduation....which is something I will never forget....but I know you would be proud of me like always. I'll do my best to smile and not cry when I think about you....too many happy times to be sad....too bad there weren't many more. I am thankful to have had you in my life and may your strength, along with moms, encourage me the rest of my years. I am not a big believer in an after life but I do believe that people live on in the memories of others....may many people think of you often and keep you alive as long as possible. Harold, you and I were going to finish our vacation - back up to Indian country to see all the sights. That was the best vacation ever. And we had 50 rolls of film to show for it! I think of you every single day; I miss our long talks. I miss your face. I will always love you.

Harold will be missed. I am the next wife of of his Uncle Miekey.
The last time I saw Harold, was in Hobbs NM. a long time ago. He rode up on his bike. My kids loved him!
Harold was speical,even then. I do wish that I had kept in touch with him. However I have thought of him and his brother, Larry.and sisters.. Nita and Tammy. Met the baby sister once.
Someday Harold will met all us at the Golden Gate on his bike.
We were Blessed to have known him for the time we had.
