Born Feb. 18, 1960, in San Luis Rio Colorado, Son., he was a street maintenance supervisor.
A visitation will be 6 p.m. to midnight Thursday at Yuma Mortuary Chapel, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., and rosary to follow.
