Eugene & family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Gloria & Henry were wonderful people and we enjoyed all our times together even though they were few in numbers. I know that Henry, Raymond, my dad Thomas Firesheets and his sisters Nellie Munden & Frances Marable were all there waiting with open arms when she was taken home. The Firesheets always liked to get together. Reunions were always joyful times. We feel your loss and will keep you all in our prayers. I'm sorry that I was not able to attend the funeral, but I was there in spirit. May God Bless you and comfort you in the days to come.

Eugene & Family,
Losing a Father and Mother in the same year is tough, always cherish your memories, and remember that they raised a fine young man. My condolences to all of you. I know life goes on without the ones we love, but keeping them in our your hearts helps to ease the pain. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Eugene and family,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of Gloria. I remember good times with her, Henry, and my sister in law, Audrey and her husband, Hubby. I am sure that if Audrey and Hubby were here, they would also express their condolences.
God bless you and the family.

I had the unique privilege of providing care for Gloria Longest for the last several months of her life. As I quietly reflect on our time together, I now ask, "Who was caring for whom?" Out of her own life experience, Gloria provided me with day to day wisdom and moral guidance that I have now translated over into my own life. May you rest peacefully now my friend.
