Dera Mrs.Parham, Karol and Dan,

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of a great man. I have many fond memories of Dr.Parham- playing basketball in your back yard, taking us to play putt-putt, taking us to ride mini-bikes. He was the first person I knew who had a phone in thier car- very cool! My mom and I were looking thru photos this past week after my own father's death and found some pitures of your family. May our dads both rest in peace. Love to all-

Mom Parham I was saddened to hear too late about the passing of Dr. Parham. I have such fond memories of our lunches together and story telling about my boys. I was just thinking about you guys the other day. I have your number in one of my old appointment books some where.I will call soon. What an awesome husband, doctor, father and friend he was to everyone. I know he is in a peaceful place now looking down on us all with that big hearted smile. Saving up all the funny jokes for a later time

Mrs. Parham, and family. We have known Dr. Parham for many years, he was family physician to my parents, James and Esther Carter, and had been our family physician at least 18 years, when my husband retired. He was the kindest, most gentle person, and we will miss him as I know you will. Please accept our sincerest heartfelt sympathies for your family, and we are keeping you in all in our prayers and thoughts. Love, (former patients, Patricia and Thomas Edwards)

Nona Dell and all the family-- our love, deepest sympathy and prayers are with each of you as you go through this sad time. Sorry we did not have the privilege of knowing Louis personally, but did meet him at least once, I believe at the Pillow/Puckette reunion. I'm sure it was our lost for not knowing him personally. Sorry our health and physical conditions will prevent us from attending the graveside service at Midway.

I was fortunate to have had the opportunity for many years to visit Dr. Parham as a sales rep for a Pharmaceutical company. I can say without reservation that he was a wonderful person, a good doctor, very honest and forthright, and a good friend.
My prayers and sympathy to all his family. May God Bless you all.

Dr. Parham was not only dear family man, physician, and friend, but also an outstanding member of the community.
We have been email "buddies" since I moved from Hampton to Virginia Beach, and more often than not, his response to the jokes I would forward were better than the jokes themselves!
And as a patient, his quick subtle sense of humor always made " whatever ailed me" better on the spot.
Dr. Parham and Nona were a couple that were an inspiration to us all. He will be sorely missed.
