Funeral services for Vanessa will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at Curry-Welborn Funerals and Cremations at 1pm. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Following the service, a graveside ceremony will be held at Hickory Hill Cemetery.
Vanessa Reynolds passed away on April 28, 2023, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, at the age of 63. Vanessa was born March 1, 1960 in Grand Saline, Texas to Weldon Horn and Carolyn Clark.
Vanessa attended Mt. Pleasant High School and was a member at Old Union Missionary Baptist Church. Vanessa loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Vanessa is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Cole and husband Craig of Dallas, Texas, and April Brannon and husband Roger of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; sons, Michael Reynolds and wife Racheal of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and Victor Becerra and wife Griselda of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; grandkids, Kaylin Brannon, Dock Roberson, Jayleigh Reynolds, Rylen Carr, Braedyn Reynolds, Carsten Cole, Bradley Reynolds, Cali Cole, Oaklyn Brannon, Julissa Becerra, Marlenn Becerra, and David Becerra; mother, Carolyn Clark of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; sister, Debbie Whorton and husband Larry of Longview, Texas; brother, Chris Horn of Ore City, Texas; uncles, Larry Carmack and wife Sue of Taylor, Texas, and Gary Carmack of Carrollton, Texas; aunt, Ann Carmack of Tyler, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Also her lifelong friends Yolanda Martin and Dorothy Johnson.
Vanessa is preceded in death by her grandparents, her father Weldon Horn and step-father Thomas Clark Sr.
