John McClaflin was born in Guyman, Oklahoma on July 10, 1959, to Robert and Ora Nadine McClaflin.
John lived his life his way and on his terms. He loved his especially his grandkids who were his world. John Loved Camping, the outdoors, bush craft, reading and spending time with those he loved. John loved making pasta and cooking he dreamed of opening a homemade pasta shop and living off the grid. He loved talking and teaching all of us how to do things from scratch.
John is preceded in death by both of parents Robert and Ora Nadine McClaflin(Dee) and his older brother Howard McClaflin.
He is survived by his daughter Crystal and Husband Kevin Rogers. His grandchildren Gaven Mayes and Bree Crow, Morgan Mayes, Jonathan Elrod, Kelby Rogers and Kaylee Tenan, Kylie Rogers, Koltyn Rogers, and Kenzyn Rogers. Great grandchildren Colt Mayes, Nehemiah Hutka and a new great granddaughter to be born in December. Brother Tommy McClaflin and wife Donna, sister Robin Crow and Husband Jeff, lots of nieces and nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
