William Presley Spivey, 83, of High Point, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, at High Point Medical Center.
Born May 26, 1942, he was a son of the late Jasper Spivey and the late Shirley Elaine Rogers Spivey. William worked as a truck driver, loved golf, but what he loved most was family and his pets.
He is survived by his wife, Jill Spivey of the home; sons, Dereck Spivey and Chad Spivey; daughters, Cindy Evans and Candi Atkins; brothers, Jim Spivey, Wade Stanley, Jr., and Doug Stanley; sister, Susie Rich; grandchildren, Josh Atkins, Austin Evans (DCD), Dalton Evans, Kayla Spivey, and Asher Spivey; and great grandchildren, Hunter Atkins and Levi Atkins.
No services are planned at this time.
