Brittany Lee Perkins age 33, of Richlands, Virginia gained her angel wings on Monday, May 9, 2022, at the Clinch Valley Medical Center following a courageous battle with cancer
Brittany was born in Richlands on September 24, 1988, and she was the daughter of James Timothy Alicie and Lisa Perkins Harrison. She was a graduate of Richlands High School Class of 2006 and worked as a sales representative for Design 1. In her free time, she had a love of art.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Rufus Perkins, and paternal grandfather James Edward Alicie.
Those that remain to carry on her spirit are her;
Father, James Timothy Alicie of Delaware, OH
Loving Mother, Lisa Perkins Harrison of Pounding Mill, VA
Her Precious Daughter whom she loved unconditionally, Emily Wyatt of Richlands, VA
Dedicated Fiancé whom she loved dearly, Matthew George of Richlands, VA
Two furry companions, Ender and George
Sister, Leanna Marie Harrison of Tazewell, VA
Stepsister, Nikki Hoffman of OH
Brother, Christopher Perkins and wife, Andrea of Pounding Mill, VA
Maternal grandmother, Mary Frances Perkins of Cedar Bluff, VA
Paternal grandmother, Shelba Alicie of Baptist Valley, VA
Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Brittany Perkins will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Mike Altizer officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6:00pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia.
