Constance E. Martel

Constance E. Martel, 91, passed away suddenly Thursday, May 9, 2024. She was the loving wife of the late Conrad H. "Buster" Martel. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Henry J. and Loretta M (LaMarre) Daniel.

She worked at Texas Instruments as a cost accountant for many years before retiring. Connie proudly attended Bryant College where she earned a bachelor's degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude in her 50’s while working full time and raising her family. Connie and Conrad enjoyed traveling the world together in their 70’s living life believing you are only old if you think you are. That mindset enabled them to live the happiest of lives together.

Connie was the most kind, loving mother and grandmother. She spread that kindness consistently throughout her life and illness. She is survived by her two daughters, Lynne A. Peirce and Diane E. Davis, and four grandchildren, Shaun Peirce, Nick Peirce, Jessica Davis and Jennifer Davis. She was the sister of Roland Daniel and the late Robert and Raymond Daniel.
