He was born on December 26, 1981 in Crystal Falls, MI, son of Gary and Sharon (Ekola) Curnow. Corey was a Kingsford High School graduate. He worked as a general laborer for Connors Flooring. Corey enjoyed the outdoors, snowmobiling, four wheeling, taking handicap kids out hunting and spending time at his camp.
He is survived by his parents, Gary and Sharon (Ekola) Curnow. Two sisters, Michele (Michael) Bubloni and Jennifer Ballenger.
At the request of Corey's family, services will be announced at a later date.
Memorials may be made in his memory.

The family has entrusted the Nash Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Crystal Falls with arrangements.

Corey was a fine young man. I enjoyed mentoring him at work working with him as a colleague and hanging out with him on many hunting trip. He´s loved and missed by many I think of him often I condolences go to his family and his friends he will be truly missed And always charged in my heart Joel Swanson
