Donna Jean Winston, 63, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on May 2, 1960 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Ralph and Lorraine (Williams) Hitt. She went to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Integris Southwest Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family.
Donna graduated from Elk City High School, Elk City, Oklahoma with the class of 1978. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Donna was very talented in all types of crafts and enjoyed creating art through her many talents and hobbies, which included beading beads of every kind, making jewelry, crocheting quilts, sewing, and embroidering. Donna loved to dance and visiting with her family and friends. Donna will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial service be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Martin-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel, Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory is her two sons, Jeremy Winston of Cedar Hill, Texas, and Cody Winston of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one brother, Cledis Winston of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sisters, Tara Winston of Elk City, Oklahoma, and Pamela Winston of Muskogee, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Hitt and Lorraine (Williams) Winston; one son, Prince Winston; one brother, William Winston; and one sister, Rita Williams.
Memorial Contributions may be made to charity of choice in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 707, Elk City, Oklahoma 73648.
