Ed was a graduate of St. John Kanty Prep High School. He had been a sales rep for WESCO & G.E Supply. He was a member of the VFW post 470.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, John Lukaszewski. Survivors include his brother, Dennis Lukaszewski and his wife Debbie of Dyersville, IA., and two sisters, Patricia
Fidorra and her husband Jay and Barb Sienerth and her husband Rick all of Erie. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Friends are invited to call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St. at Greengarden Blvd. Tuesday from 6 to 8 and are invited to attend committal service Wednesday at 11 with Rev. David Miles of ProMedica Hospice officiating at Calvary Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
