Eric Parsons

Eric Cole Parsons, 47, of Berryville, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke, Virginia. He was born Friday, September 24, 1976, in Fayetteville; to William Steven Parsons and Sherrie Lyne Stout Coy.
Eric loved the Lord and enjoyed attending church later in life with his youngest daughter Kennsington. He was baptized into the Baptist faith. Eric was a graduate of Berryville High School and a heavy equipment operator for Precision Pipeline. He had a passion for fishing, hunting, and telling stories. He was always eager to share his knowledge and experiences. He had a kind heart, a great sense of humor, and always knew how to make you laugh. Eric loved his family and friends deeply.
Eric was preceded in death by his parents, William Parsons and Sherrie Coy. He is survived by his two sons, Luke Parsons and Brett Parsons, both of Berryville; two daughters, Maddie Ellison, of Springfield, Missouri; and Kennsington Parsons, of Bergman; and two sisters and one brother-in-law, Jodie and Eric DeMeyer, of Oak Grove; and Lauren Coy of Denver, Colorado. Eric is also survived by one nephew, Isaac DeMeyer; two nieces, Kendall DeMeyer, and Emerson DeMeyer; all of Oak Grove, and many family and friends.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Drakes Creek Regular Baptist Church (21650 Highway 295, Wesley, AR 72773) with Jim Duncan officiating. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
