It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jasmine Payton, known affectionately as "Bundon," on December 10, 2023. She was a cherished daughter, sister, niece, godmother, and friend. Jasmine's remarkable life will forever be remembered by those who had the honor of knowing her.
Jasmine was born on April 17, 1990, in Dallas, Texas. She brought immense joy to her parents Kenneth Payton and Pamela Levy. From a young age, Jasmine exhibited a spirited personality and an infectious sense of humor. She loved to laugh and had a heart full of kindness that touched the lives of many.
After graduating from Samuel High School, Jasmine embarked on a fulfilling career as a security guard. Her unwavering dedication ensured the safety of those around her. Her commitment to her job was truly commendable.
When she wasn't at work, Jasmine found solace and happiness in spending time with her loved ones. Family meant the world to her, and she adored her nieces and nephews. Their laughter filled her heart with warmth and love.
In addition to her family bonds, Jasmine shared unforgettable memories with her best friends Princess and JoJo. The three of them were inseparable and spent countless hours exploring the streets together. These cherished moments will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of witnessing their unbreakable bond.
Jasmine's proudest accomplishments included paying off her first car and being a pillar of support for her grandmother Bertha Levy. She displayed unwavering love and care for Bertha and ensured that she was always well taken care of. Jasmine's selflessness knew no bounds.
We invite you to join us in celebrating Jasmine's life during two memorable services. The Prayer Service will take place on December 20, 2023, at 6:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. Jasmine leaves behind a grieving family and numerous friends who loved her deeply. She is survived by her father Kenneth Payton, sisters Casandra Levy and Shuntavia Levy, aunt Jacqueline Levy, aunt Jennifer Levy, four uncles, three nephews, and one niece. Their memories of Jasmine will forever be a testament to the impact she made on their lives.
In this time of sorrow, let us remember Jasmine for the radiant soul she was. Her laughter and love brought light to our lives. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
