Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Jesse Baynum Jones Jr.; daughters, Jessica Anne Jones, Kayla Lee Jones; son, Kenneth Patrick Jones; sisters, Katrina Nichols Walker (Scott), Tricia Caldwell Nichols; niece, Taylor Nicole Walker (Matt), and nephew, Nicholas Scott Walker.
Kendra graduated from Jordan High School and attended Elon College. She worked at UNC Finley Golf Course. Kendra was also a proud army wife for 22 years.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday, October 8th at Clements Funeral Home in Durham. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 9th at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family is being assisted by Clements Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. in Durham. Online condolences can be made at www.clementsfuneralservice.com.
