Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Louis Morphy was the son of the late Gabriel Edner Antoine and Adeline Inozil Antoine. After High school, he joined the Police Academy in Haiti. He moved to the United States in 2012. He was currently employed as a Direct Support Professional for Resources for Human Development, Bethlehem. Louis Morphy attended St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Bethlehem PA and was a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Allentown.
He survived by his wife Shella Benjamin Antoine; his children Melissa Delaunay and her husband Hugues F. Cherisme of Allentown, Henry Daniel of New Jersey, Raphael Antoine and Nil Antoine, both of Bethlehem. Treasured Grandchildren: Noah, Tcheventon, Mirah and Zeah. He also survived by his siblings Pascale Antoine Viel, Yamilee Antoine, Valdes Junior Antoine, Eddy Antoine, Marie Yves E. Antoine Laroche, Rose Myrna Antoine, Darlene Antoine, Hans Antoine, Dupre Mayard, and a myriad of nieces, nephews and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30AM Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, 450 E. Washington Ave., Bethlehem. Viewing: 8:30AM to 9:30AM on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. Interment service will be private. Please record a memory at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
