Michael is survived by his wife, Carol Mattingly; stepson Curt Mattingly; grandsons, Nathan Mattingly and Jacob Mattingly; Indiana stepdaughter, Teresa Goodwin (Marvin) who called him pa, granddaughter, Jessica Posey (Austin); great granddaughter, Elora Nova; Kentucky daughter in law, Megan Torres (Ramiro); grandsons, Mario Torres and Cruze Torres who called him Grandpa Joe, mother-in-law Phyllis Thompson, his pups Hobo and Pepper several cousins and other family and friends.
A Memorial service will be Saturday February 4,2023 at 2:00 pm at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway Louisville, KY,40216
Visitation will be Saturday February 4,2023 10:00 -2:00 pm at the funeral home.
