Norman was predeceased by his wife, Gloria; his brother, Preston; his daughter, Doreen; and his son, B. Kevin. He is survived by his brother, Allison (Patsy); his children, Norman (Janice), Victor, Valerie (Gary), and Brian (Deshirl). He has 15 grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022 at the McCrery & Harra Funeral Home (3710 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19808) at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit starting at 10:00 AM. Interment at Silverbrook Cemetery will immediately follow.
