She is preceded in death by her husband, Lemuel T. Spears; parents, Henry B and Irene R. Gebhart; and brothers, Kenneth and Henry Gebhart.
She is survived by her sons, Dr. Bruce T. (Donna), Kent P. and Scott A. (Debbie) Spears and daughter, Donna S. Campbell; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2023 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 7813 Shelbyville Rd., with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home East Louisville, 12900 Shelbyville Rd.
Expressions of Sympathy can be made to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

I had been thinking about Pat recently. We played bridge at several places, the last of which was Oxmoor Center. May she rest in peace!
