Violet Mae Miller, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025. Violet was a loving wife, mom, grandma, daughter, and friend. She always loved tending to her flowers every chance she had, loved watching old shows, loved her fur babies, and most importantly she loved every moment she got to spend with her husband. Violet was a sweet and loving person who always spoke her mind and she will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She was born on December 28, 1945 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her Parents, John and Sarah Cain.
Violet is survived by her loving Husband of 63 years, James Willis Miller; Children, James Miller, Jr., David Miller, and Sarah (Roger) Damron; Grandchildren, China, Carolyn, Steve, John and Many Great-Grandchildren, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
The family requests that contributions in Violet’s memory be made to The Hildegard House.
