Survived by his son, Patrick Joseph Conway, Jr.; parents, Edward and Tammy; siblings, Michael (Olga) Schaar, Megan Dowling, John Dowling, and Nick Conway; nieces and nephews; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial Visitation will be held at 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Olson North Main Chapel, 2811 N. Main St., Rockford. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association, PO BOX 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692. The family invites everyone to join them starting at 5:00 pm. at Sam's Ristorante, 6075 E.
