A memorial service will be held on August 19, 2023, at 2:00pm at Rossell Funeral Home. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, also at Rossell Funeral Home.
Richard worked at NuVision Optical and OK Optical during his career.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his wife.
