Survived by his mother and stepfather, fiancé, Leah Smith, three sisters, Dakota Wagers, Cheyenne Wagers, Megan Wagers all of Royalton, Kentucky, one brother, Josh Brown of Royalton, Kentucky, step-siblings, Thomas Stevens, Taylan Stevens both of Pikeville, Kentucky, his grandmother, Rhoda Cole of Royalton, Kentucky, with a host of family and friends.
In addition to his father, Samuel is preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Ray Wagers, Sr., two step-siblings, Tommy Junior Stevens, and Tara Renee Stevens.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 24, 2023 from the Ivyton Baptist Church with Johnny Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Hale Family Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Thursday, June 22, 2023 after 6:00 P.M. all day, Friday, June 23, 2023, and any time prior to funeral services on Saturday.
