William Murphy Obituary

William's sense of humor was noticed by all and would make everyone laugh and smile just by walking in a room. He thoroughly enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his family.
William is survived by his loving wife Lisa Henry Murphy (who have been together since 14 years old), along with his 4 beautiful daughters and 2 of their spouses: Kristina Geragi (Samantha), Kelly Godfrey (Harry), Stephanie Murphy, and Megan Murphy. He is also survived by his three grandchildren (that he adored) Joseph Palm, Hannah and Tyler Godfrey. William was also the eldest of his 4 siblings to the late Daniel Murphy, late Helene Murphy, and his youngest surviving brother Steven Murphy.
William worked in a Machine shop as a manager. He graduated from William Tennent High School in 1977, where he also was a great athlete in the sport of soccer.
William will truly be missed by his family and friends. Anyone that met him knows he was one of a kind, and greeted everyone with his infectious smile along with a large "bear" hug. May he Rest In Peace and watch over us.
Funeral Services will be held this Friday May, 5th at Decker-Givnish Funeral Home from 1-3pm. Located on York Road, Warminster Pa 18974.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Williams' memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org), or Hospice Foundation of America (hospicefoundation.org).
Fond memories of William may be shared via social media to his surviving wife and children.
