Loretta S. Hendricks

Loretta Swaney Hendricks, 72, wife of Leroy Hendricks passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was born in Anderson County November 19, 1948, the daughter of BF and Eunice Powell Swaney. Loretta loved all her animals, and doing most anything outdoors, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Loretta is survived by her husband, Leroy of Central; her son, Michael Hendricks of Central; a daughter, Malinda Roach (Allen) of Central; a brother, Ernest Swaney (Judy); a sister, Shelby Stamey (Jim); and three grandchildren, Leanne Roach (Grady), Jason Roach, and Allison Roach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Lewis Swaney; and three sisters, Joyce Long, Willie Mae McAlister, and Faye Kindle. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Thursday, May 13 at the Chapel; of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Rd., Central. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens, Clemson.
