Andy Paine was one of a rare breed. He exemplified the selflessness and inclusiveness you hope to have in leaders, and lived his deeply held values without pretense or pomposity. We will miss his warm , sincere smile , his generous spirit, and his power and influence for good in this community. My sincere condolences to his beloved Jane and the entire family.

What a life Andy lived and we just knew a certain part of that very fulfilling life. I will remember his broad and ready smile, Kay Butler

I am just so, so saddened to hear of Andy's passing. My heart goes out to Jane, Linda, Stephanie, Randy and all of your families whom he loved so much. I have such fond memories of eating bean dip and drinking wine in Pentwater, even if it meant that Stephanie's sweater had to catch on fire, it was all worth it. He was a great man and he leaves a great legacy--all of YOU! With love and very fond memories, Sheila Tully and Family

Andy was one of the very best. He did so much for his business and his community. A true leader in every sense of the word. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Rest in peace.

I started my career in banking in 1973 at Indiana National Bank. I felt that under his leadership we were a family of bankers. We still feel that way today as we gather for the reunion luncheon each year. I remember we had a contest when the Bank By Phone product was introduced. Andy called me to come to his office. Not knowing what to expect, I walked in shaking in my boots. I had won the contest and a trip to the Bahamas. He presented me with the travel documents and details. He always had a kind word and a smile when you saw him around the Bank. He was the glue for our INB family.
