May all of God's blessings be with the McGarry Family and all of those who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed. Sarah worked with design teams for decades to insure Phoenix's libraries be fully functional for today and the future. She participated in the design decision making process ... Sarah was an advocate of design and her contribution was not only realized in the bricks and mortar but very evident in the spirit and beauty of all of the beautiful library projects of the late '90's.
