My heart goes out to Mr. Clingensmith and his family. I had him for math in my freshman year of high school. He was funny, and he went out of his way to help students, I remember him talking to me after my final exam, he said, John, you still got "A" for the final grade. I was relieved. He took a load off of my mind, I worked really hard in his class. He told me, John, you'll be in prep algebra next year! I was just at my 33rd class reunion this past weekend and only heard of his passing then. My sincerest thoughts and prayers are for him and his family.
