Kathleen Bahen Obituary
Stuart, FL - Kathy passed away on March 21, 2018.
Kathy was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland and graduated from Madison College in Harrisonburg, Virginia. After her husband George retired, they spent 8 years cruising on their Allied Seabreeze sailboat "High Banks" in the Caribbean and elsewhere and on their canal boat "Bay Leaf" along the canals of France. She was a talented artist and after they settled in Stuart she especially enjoyed volunteering at the Martin Memorial Hospital Thrift Shop.
She is survived by her husband, George E. Bahen of Stuart; mother, Betty Jo Newcomb of Salisbury, Maryland, and sisters, Joal N. Smith of Bend, Oregon and Barbara N. Schulte of Chincoteague, Virginia.
Arrangements entrusted to All County Funeral Home & Crematory, Stuart, Florida.

We shall always have the fondest memories of the Newcomb family. They were just a super family that gave society three very lovely young ladies. Since we lost Kathy, we have also lost her mother Betty Jo who was just a very lovely lady and super educator. May their memories be eternal. God bless you Kathy.

I am so sorry to see this. Grew up in Salisbury and remember Kathy through Pinehurst and High School. Great at everything she did. My condolences to her family. Just to sad for words.

a Pinehurst Elementary School friend, separated by time and space, but I keep that class photo ....and pleasant memories of our shared history....her mother was my home economics teacher in 7th grade. My condolences to her mother as well as her husband and loved ones.....
