I just found out that chet passed yesterday i was so shocked he was so full of life and was a wonderful person i will miss him dearly and will miss him lots. chet u were such a great friend we had good times i will never forget u and u will always be n my thoughtsand n my heart. to the hardy family teasha thk u so much 4 letting me know and my heart goes out to all ur family my prayers will always be with you all. i lost my momm 6yrs ago so i know how hard it is to lose some1 close n ur family. chet u will never be forgotten. love, charlene.

Our family extends our deepest condolences. Chet was like a brother to me. I am still in shock over his premature departure. Chet was a very honest and motivated young man, there is not enough room for me to write all the quality traits my brother had. You have raised a very respectable man. I only was.fortunate enough to know Chet these last few years,but never met someone so genuine and willing to help others with their problems. I really will miss his smile,warmth,but will never forget when he took hours upon hours just to talk if i was having problems. God bles the Hardy family.

Chester, Virginia, Teasha, and Yvette, We were saddened to hear of Chet's passing. My son Chris and Chet were friends when both attended Bishop Hartley. Chris moved to Columbus in 1992 and Chet and he became good friends. May the fond memories bring some comfort to you and your family. Chet will be missed.

I met Chet in Cincinnati back in 2000 and we've been friends ever since. He attended my wedding, and we regularly met for lunch to stay in touch. I am shocked to hear of his passing. I am so sorry for your loss. He was a good man and had great character.

Hardy family I am so sorry for your lost. Chet was a wonderful person and an amazing "brother" and best friend to my brother Okpara. Chet was one of the kindest, most caring, most respectful young men I have ever met. It is with deep sadness I will never be graced with his physical presence again.
