Andy Cheng embodied the word "Integrity". I am honored to have been blessed with his friendship for many years and to have seen him, Yvonne and the children evolve into fine human beings. Andy was a gift to this world.

Judge Cheng was one of the kindest, smartest, most considerate lawyers I ever worked for at the City Attorney´s Office. Support staff would always go above and beyond for him, because he was such a sweet man. He truly leaves this world a better place and his passing is tragic for so many.
