Billy Palmer Obituary
BJ was born in Sweetwater Texas. He was a proud 30 year Retired US Marine Corps Pilot and a financial planner. BJ was also a member of the First Baptist Church in New Bern.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Palmer of New Bern, NC, his two sons, Robert and David and wife Cheryl, a grandson Japhy, and granddaughter Veronica, all residents of CA. He also has one younger brother Bob Palmer, and a younger sister, Shirley Spradlin and her husband Joe, all residing in Texas. There are several nieces and nephews.
He will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery in the Columbarium at a later date.
