Carl Schulte Obituary

SCHULTE, Carl T. Age 78 of Englewood, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016. He retired from General Motors/Delco with 30 years of service. Carl was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing and golfing, but his biggest joy and most important was his family. He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Barbara (Holweger) Schulte, children: Karen McElroy of Englewood, Ronda (Jerry) Nill of AR, Brenda (Jeff) Lawson of Lewisburg, Jeff Schulte of Englewood, Jerry (Stacy) Schulte of Centerville, grandchildren: Kelly, Jacob, Lucas, Angela, Monica, Dillon, Garrett, Philip, Brooke, Megan, Daniel, Alyssa, Natalie, 11 great grandchildren, sisters: Mary (Kenny) Henning of Englewood, Charlene Powell of Englewood, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Carl L. and Rose (Giampino) Schulte. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at St. Paul Catholic Church (1000 W. Wenger Road, Englewood) with Fr. Tim Knepper, C.P.P.S as celebrant. Interment will follow the Mass at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens near New Carlisle. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood).
