I just found out about the passing of Chester. He was one of my best friends, neighbor in Portland and also worked together. He worked for me as my chief engineer and captain on the boats and worked together at the Southwest Research for 11 years and Billy Pugh Offshore.
The family has my deepest sympathy and he will be missed by all.

If anyone wishes to contact me, please do at 361 547 0486

Sincerely
Robert C Weed, Jr (Captain Bob)
