EMMA LUNG

Emma Lung, age 94 of Kerman, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 4, 2012. She was born June 20, 1918 in Biola, Ca. to August and Molly Scheidt. She was a member of the German Historical Society, Edison Social Club, California Raisin Wives, Kerman Garden Club and many other organizations. Emma was an avid gardener who spent countless hours in her rose and vegetable gardens. She also was a skilled seamstress. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert "Lefty" Lung;her sister, Anne Holden; and her brother, Leslie Scheidt. Emma is survived by her daughters, Sandy Hosepian and her husband Ray, and Yvonne Benson; her grandsons, Darryl Hosepian and his wife, Anita and Craig Hosepian and his wife Alice; great-grandsons, Bryant and Chandler Hosepian; sister, Lillian Laining; and brother, Omar Henry Scheidt. Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Friday, December 7, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on Saturday, December 8, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 'L' Street, Fresno, California (559)266-0666
