Poulsen, Sr.
Garner
Erik Daniel Poulsen, Sr., 30, passed away unexpectedly on March 3, 2016. Born on July 29, 1985 in New Jersey; he was a graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High Scholl, playing both lacrosse and football. Erik was currently working at UPS and had previously been with AT&T.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife: Nora Bolick Pouslen; children: Erik Daniel Poulsen, Jr. and Hannah Grace Poulsen; his mother: Kathleen Poulsen, of Raleigh; sisters: Seanna Morgan and husband Cal, of Wilmington and Samantha Poulsen, of Raleigh; and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Thursday from 10-11:30 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (7209 Glenwood Ave), with a Memorial Service to begin at 11:30 a.m.. Interment will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park. In honor of Erik, Duke blue attire is welcomed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are preferred for his children's future education in care of Nora Poulsen.
