Gabriel Jones Obituary

Merah, Elias, Nahtahn, Gabriel and Elaine Jones

LEXINGTON – Five Precious Children have earned their angel wings.

Merah Gracie Jones had long, beautiful chestnut brown hair which she often referred to it as her Rapunzel hair. She had a big, bright, beautiful smile that could light up any room she entered. Merah was born May 15, 2006, and earned her angel wings at the young, tender age of eight years old.

Elias Xavier Jones had beautiful blonde hair and blue eyes. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed collecting all kinds of critters. Elias often referred to himself as a handsome ladies man and he truly was. Elias was born April 22, 2007, and earned his angel wings at the young, tender age of seven years old.

Nahtahn Hehseyd Jones had dark brown hair and bright blue eyes, he often referred to himself as "Tator." He wouldn't go anywhere without his "Charlie Mouse" (stuffed animal); he loved to snuggle and was a little prankster. He loved Woody from Toy Story and wanted to be sheriff just like Woody when he grew up. Nahtahn was born April 11, 2008, and earned his angel wings at the tender age of six years old.

Gabriel Asher Jones had golden blonde hair and big crystal blue eyes. He had a continuous and very contagious smile. Gabriel truly lived up to his name as he was one of a kind with an angelic and very gentle personality. Gabriel was born December 5, 2011, and earned his angel wings at the young and tender age of two years old.
Elaine Marie Jones had chestnut brown hair and amazing hazel colored eyes. She always had to have her juice and blankie. Elaine loved attention and was a sweet baby girl who always knew what she wanted. She was truly a rainbow after a storm. Elaine was born December 12, 2012, and earned her angel wings at the young, tender age of one year old.

The lives of these children would seem too short to many, but their amazing personalities will continue to shine light throughout the lives of those whom loved them dearly. Their mother, Amber, as well as their grandparents, Julie and Timothy R. Jones, Sr. are grateful for every moment that they were blessed to have spent with them.
The children are survived by their mother, Amber Jones; grandparents, Julie and Timothy R. Jones, Sr. "Mamaw & Papaw"; great-grandparents, Roberta and Larry Thornsberry and their many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.

As a mother myself, I can not begin to imagine the pain you are feeling. Reading about your children brought tears to my eyes, and took my breath away. God has your babies now, and they are whole again. They are suffering no more. And God is with you during this difficult time. You are in everyone's thoughts and prayers.

I know those precious little angels are flying high and at our Heavenly Father's side. May God give this family peace and may they find comfort in knowing these angels are now in Heaven and waiting to see you again some day.
