It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Herminio Reyes Jr., a cherished son, beloved friend, and dedicated professional welder, who left us on January 6, 2025, in his birthplace of Phoenix, Arizona. Born on May 27, 1987, Herminio lived his life with a spirit and tenacity that inspired all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Herminio was not just a craftsman; he was an artist in a trade that allows people to build and create. His hands, skillful and steady, forged connections not only in metal but also among friends and loved ones. In every weld, he poured his heart—a reflection of his dedication and passion that resonated throughout his career.
His vibrant personality and warm heart were the embodiments of loyalty and kindness. He left an indelible mark on all those whose lives he touched. Herminio had a way of making anyone feel special, often brightening difficult days with his humor and compassion. He was a steadfast friend, always available to lend a listening ear or extend a helping hand. His loss leaves an unfillable void in our lives.
We invite friends and family to gather in remembrance and celebration of Herminio’s life. A viewing on January 29, 2025, will be held at Christ Church of the Valley in Peoria, Arizona, starting at from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will commence at 3:00 PM. His final resting place will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale, Arizona, during a graveside service on January 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Herminio Reyes Jr. may have left this world, but his spirit, laughter, and dedication will forever resonate in our hearts. As we mourn his passing, we celebrate the beautiful memories and the legacy he leaves behind. He will always be missed, but he will never be forgotten.
