Dr. Simon was my father's neurologist for over 20 years and I know that my father lived as long as he did because of him. My dad thought it was funny they both had sons named Scott, his went to Princeton, I went to Penn.

Dr.Simon was one of my favorite neurologists at NMH. I picked him to be my dad's Dr.. I knew they would get along.. He was one of the four docs we had at Wesley before we went to Passavant. He taught me so much. Great Dr. And Great teacher. I started my nursing career with him . The others were Drs. Boshes Blonskey and Olsen.... What a wonderful team I learned from. I stayed in neuro till we merged with neuro surgery. But total career was 45 years at NMH. Thank you Howie for being you . Maureen L.Koska Jacobson RN

I was very sorry to hear of Howard's passing. We were residents together at Wesley Memorial Hospital in the days before the merger with Passavant Hospital. I always admired his skills as a neurologist, and it was my privilege to have known him professionally as well as in friendship. My condolences to Barbara and the rest of his family.

Dear Barbara, My heart goes out to you tonight ,as well as to Robyn, Stacy, Scott and their spouses and children. Just this evening I was talking to Renee and my brother Richard, and we spoke of how Howard was responsible for getting our father admitted to Wesley Hospital for emergency treatment. He was a wonderful brother in law. I thought not only were you both well suited for each other, but also the epitome and role model for how a marriage should be. It's so ironic that I should see this horrible news this evening. May G-D bless your family with good health and long life.
