Iris Pauline Wiltshire

WILTSHIRE, Iris Pauline, age 91, of Henrico, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 28, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William Matthew Wiltshire; brother, William Bryson; and sister, Wilda "Polly" Johnson. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Wiltshire. Iris was a longtime member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Glen Allen, Va. She graduated from Radford Community Hospital School of Nursing and enjoyed serving her community. Iris was known to enjoy sewing and cooking and previously taught Sunday school. The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N Parham Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229, where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2021. A graveside service will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Vernon Baptist Church, 11220 Nuckols Rd., Glen Allen, Va. 23059.
