Marilyn Penfield Obituary
Chenango Bridge, NY: Marilyn F. Penfield of Chenango Bridge, 78, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014, with her family at her bedside. She was predeceased by her parents, Marion Levene and Ross Hogan; husband, Dwight Penfield; daughter, Mary Beth Martin. She is survived by her loving family, Patrice DelGrosso (Tony), Daniel Mastronardi (Gabriella), James Mastronardi (Kelly), Debbie Thoman (Everett), Robert Mastronardi (Susan), Linda Jones (Paul), Susan Pease (Tony); grandchildren, Thomas, Daniel, Stefano, Anthony, Clare, Camille, Krista, Taylor, Alexa, Sarah, Robert, Ashley, Maribeth, Christopher, Alyssa, Hunter, Daniel; great-grandchildren, Ava, Ryan, Carson and Kylie; several cousins. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Wendi for all her loving care over the past few years. She enjoyed golfing and BINGO. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, May 30, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Binghamton. Burial will follow in Kattelville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, NY 13901.

Grandma…I keep going over in my head how many times you asked when I was coming home. I feel terrible. I know you are up there, comfortable, with Pop, Aunt MaryBeth and the rest of the family members…probably playing some dice or canasta, chatting about the crazy world down here and laughing at each and everyone of us. I sure hope you poured yourself a glass of WHITE wine, your favorite ;-)
