Maurice Begin Obituary
Maurice proudly served in the armed forces Army branch from 1957 to 1963. He was a member of the RI club and the Ascension Catholic Church in Melbourne. He loved spending time with family and friends, browsing the flea markets and doing crossword puzzles.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Norman, Raymond, and Ralph and his sisters, Yolande and Lise. Maurice is survived by his loving wife, Joan Begin; his children, Andre P. Begin, Annette Begin, Deidre (William) Kennedy, Jean Pierre Begin and his stepson, Anthony Paul; his grandson, William Kennedy; two great-grandchildren; his brother, Paul (Mona) Begin; and his sisters, Madeline (Eugene) Olivier and Pauline (Charles) Dionne.
A viewing was held Wednesday, April 12, with a funeral service the following day at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, followed by entombment at Brevard Memorial Park.

Dear Joan and all my cousins,
I have loved M'Oncle Moe and have so many sweet memories of him. Especially when he moved to Cocoa Beach with us in '73. Many card games and heart to heart talks we shared. I will remember him with respect and fondness. May God keep you til we meet again.

Joan and to all my Begin cousins we wish you all comfort, and condolences. Our hearts and prayers go out to you at this difficult time. Uncle Moe was a kind and gentle man and I have only good thoughts of him. He showed us how to boil water in a Styrofoam cup-handy for camping. He took us to the drive-in to watch Patton. Every time I see the movie I think of him. It was always funny when he would come over in the evening to visit it was a race to see if Uncle Moe or Dad would fall asleep first. LOL The best spaghetti sauce ever made was at Wallum Lake Hospital and that was his creation. Love you Uncle Moe and miss you. Say hi to Mom, Matante Yo, Uncle Normand, Uncle Ray, and Uncle Ralph.
