Graveside services for Paul “Plunnie” R. Segura, Jr., 65, of St. Martinville, LA will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at McKnight Cemetery, Holly Ridge, LA with Bro. Milton McManus officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
Paul was born July 12, 1959, in Lake Charles, LA and passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025, in Rayville, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul R. Segura, Sr. and Ruby Boudreaux Segura and sister, Elizabeth Ann Segura Edwards.
Survivors include his wife of 3 years, Christy Segura of Rayville, LA; children, Lacie Segura and husband, Royal Drake of Breaux Bridge, LA and Joshua Segura and wife, Candice of Scott, LA; step daughter, Holly Johnson of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Raylen Drake, Layla Drake, Leaneah Drake, Wesson Segura, Sawyer Segura, and Phoenix Segura; brothers, Billy Segura and wife, Lynn and Brian Segura; nephews, B.J. Segura and Shaun Segura; and special aunt, Margaret Segura.
Pallbearers will be Charles Cook, Paul Clark, Tommy Barbee, Shaun Segura, B.J. Segura, Tom Allen, and Brett Hiser.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM, Monday, March 17, 2025, at Pellerin Funeral Home, 112 N New Market St., St. Martinville, LA 70582.
