Family-Placed Obituary
PETER A. CLOSI Peter A. Closi, 20 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL died at his home on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Born in West Palm Beach, FL, he graduated from the Palm Beach Day School, Class of 2003 and attended Cardinal Newman High School and The Benjamin School. He is survived by his parents, Dale and Liz Ann Closi; a brother, J.T. Closi; and a sister, Catherine Closi all of West Palm Beach, FL. Additional survivors include his aunts and uncles, Buck and Linda Butler, Taylor and Kris Butler, Critt and Gigi Butler, Iris Closi, Bob Closi, and Dawn and Chuck Pearson; and numerous cousins. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 13, 2008 from 3:00 until 7:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Bethesda-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church, Palm Beach, FL with Rev. Lynne Jones, officiating. The family will receive friends in fellowship immediately following the funeral service. The interment at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach, FL, will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Peter's memory to the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, 3200 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Dale, Lizann and family - we are so saddened to hear of Peter's passing. We have such fond memories of being with all of you, but Kyle has sweet memories of his many fun times with Peter. We have such great pictures of the three weeks they were able to spend together in North Carolina and in Ohio so many years ago. He was such a fun friend for Kyle. We send our love, hugs, and comfort to you all.

Peter was always very special to me. He knew i would do just about anything in my power to help him. I love him dearly and always have. I always looked up to Peter as a brother, much more than just a friend. I know in my heart he is finally at peace and is watching over us waiting for us to join him in heaven. Peter and I became blood brothers in 4th grade. Since then I had always considered him as my big brother.
