Tollhouse, California - Phyllis was born in Clovis, CA on February 7, 1934 to Philmore and Emma Medley. Phyllis passed on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at home, surrounded by her family.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Dale, her daughters Laurie and Christie, her husband Brad. She has four grandsons, two great-granddaughters, and five great-grandsons.
Phyllis is also survived by her two sisters, Jeanne and JoAnn, her brothers-in-law Chris and Jim, his wife Linda, and her cousin Norman, his wife Sandy, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Ave., Clovis, CA. Viewing is at 9:30am, Chapel Service at 10:00am, reception immediately following at Clovis Elks, 535 Woodworth Ave., Clovis, CA. Burial is private.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to Hinds Lifecare or directly at lovehinds.org.
