Sincere sympathy to the Bibbins family. I met Mr. Bibbins when I started working at ACHIEVE and he served on our Residential Services Committee. What a kind and gentle man. He was always so concerned about the individuals we support and had their best interests in mind. On behalf of all of us at ACHIEVE, our hearts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

Mr. Bibbins was such a kind, thoughtful man who served on the Board of Directors of ACHIEVE (Broome-Tioga ARC) for many years. As an employee, he always asked me about my family, complimented me on my work and assisted me at agency events. He was a quiet, caring individual who never sought recognition or accolades, but helped so many people in our community in a variety of ways. I always admired Mr. Bibbins and will remember him fondly.

We were neighbors to the Bibbins for many years and always enjoyed talking with Dick about the many things that he was conversent in. He was always willing to help out if you had a problem with your car. I always marveled at how well he could speak Italian (better than I). He will be sorely missed.

Mr Bibbins - what a true gentleman and a class act. Our paths crossed often at the CV High School tennis courts - he always had a friendly word or would hit a few with you if you didn't have a partner. He was my CCD instructor when I was in 11th grade- he really made class so meaningful and interesting. My condolences to all of the Bibbins family.
