Rose Leola Cico, 96, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Englewood, Colorado.
Rose is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Cico. She is survived by her daughters: Kathryn Hopper and husband Donald, Hazel Gilchriest, son, Warren Cico, sister, Laura Compton, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren with one on the way.
Pallbearers will be Ron Richter, Tim Konecky, Jonathan Cowen, Clifton Gilchriest, Donald Benton, Kaleb Moseley, Jonathan Morris, and Logan Benton.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 10:00 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home located at 10710 Veterans Memorial Dr. Houston, Texas 77038. Interment will follow in Houston National Cemetery.
Family requests donations be made to the UTHealth-School of Nursing, P.O. Box 1321, Houston, TX 77251-1321. Please note in the memo field: Rose Dachtler Cico Scholarship Fund. Corporate matches accepted.
