Sally Robinson Obituary
Sally J. Robinson, 80, of Binghamton passed away peacefully on February 3, 2015 at her home with her children and her beloved dog, Jillie nearby. She was predeceased by her husband, Dean Clark Robinson; her parents, Ralph and Mildred Lovell; her brother, Jack Lovell; her uncle and aunt, Robert and Janet Lovell; and her in laws, Crawford and Bernice Robinson. Sally is survived by her children, Richard Robinson, of Oklahoma City, OK; Mark Robinson, of Binghamton; and JoAnn and J.T. Ferris, of Binghamton; three grandchildren, Brandon and Megan Dolan of Binghamton, and Michael Robinson of Oklahoma; one great-grandchild; her nieces, Beth Amy Lovell, Becky Wolfe and their children, and several other nieces and nephews. Sally retired from Singer-Link after 25 years. She continued to work at Hardware Fare for a number of years. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and neighbor. Family was the most important thing in her life. Boston Terriers always held a special place in her heart, which was Dean's gift to her. They bred them for many years and all three of her children cherish theirs. Tending her flower gardens was her lifelong passion. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 14, at Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson. Burial will take place at a later date at Chenango Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately after the memorial service at American Legion Post 1194, 363 W. Service Rd. Hillcrest. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sally's memory may be made to Lourdes Hospice, 169 Riverside Dr. Suite 103 Binghamton, NY 13905, or to Broome County Humane Society, 2 Jackson St. Binghamton, NY 13903

Rich Jo Mark we are saddened by your mom's passing. We will always have the memories from family visits and the fun we had growing up. Rich, Mark and JoAnn, you probably don't remember me, but I am Ted and Jean Griffith's daughter, Bonnie Jean. Your Dad and mine were cousins, and I remember I ws young when your folks married, and older family gatherings at Aunt Bernice and Uncle Crawford's house. I Rmembee how sweet your Mom was, and what a joker your Dad was(I think that's why he and my Dad got along so well, as my Dad was a jokester also!).
