Le Grand, California - Virginia "Ginger" Lee Kahl, 81, passed away on February 1, 2025, in Le Grand, California.
Born on November 1, 1943 in Taft, California, Virginia dedicated much of her life to serving her community. She worked for Merced County for 23 years, leaving a lasting impact through her dedication and service. Beyond her career, she was known as a wonderful wife and mother who always thought of others. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Russell Kahl; her children, Lizabeth McCormack, Cyndi Kahl, Wayne Kahl (Kari), and Christopher Kahl; as well as ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a brother and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Craft.
A memorial service will be held for friends and family at the Le Grand Legion Hall in Le Grand, California, on March 8, 2025, at 1 p.m. Those wishing to send flowers may contact Cyndi Kahl.
Virginia's warmth and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
