We knew Bill from St. John Student Parish in East Lansing, where we developed a strong friendship. He often called us on our wedding anniversary to wish us well and we cherished those calls and the opportunity to reconnect once we moved from East Lansing. We have very fond memories of Bill and are saddened to hear of his passing. May his soul and those of all the faithfully departed, rest in peace. Prayers to the family and all those who mourn his passing.

Cochran Family,

On behalf of the Wikol's and Van Wagoner's we want to pass on our Condolences. Bill was a Mentor and Friend to me personally and professionally at the Mackinac Bridge Authority. He was instrumental with my Grandfather ( Murray D. VanWagoner) and the other Original MBA Authority Members to create the Crown Jewel of Michigan... the Mackinac Bridge. His Leadership, Commitment, and Vision will be always remembered.

My heart goes out to you for your deep loss you must be feeling for your beloved William. How sad to lose someone so loved and so needed. May you find comfort in prayer and in one another. (Jeremiah 29:12,13)
